General Meeting time changed to 6:30 for 7pm!

The results are in for the recent Poll for the Meeting time, in reviewing the results the committee agreed that given the results, we should shift the meeting to a 6:30pm for a 7pm Start, which is in the middle of the 3 most popular times, so, therefore, shifting the time 1hr earlier than normal.
