        Login to http://outlook.com/
Click the setting “Cog” in the right top corner
Click “View all Outlook settings” in the bottom right corner
Click on the Mail and “Junk email” and you will get a screen like this
Check for [email protected] in the blocked senders – REMOVE this from here
Check for anything else with our domain @hsvownersclubofwa.com.au in the blocked senders – REMOVE this from here
Then ADD [email protected] to the Safe senders
Do the same for [email protected]
Then SAVE!
