2026 - SEPTEMBER - MOTORSPORT

Hi All

The Wanneroo Sprint held this month was a cracking success, 48 entries made for a busy day. We also had the 15 Driver training & come & try participants join us at the beginning of the day. This puts a bit of pressure on all the helpers to get these potential new members up and running but hopefully it is worth the effort. 

From all reports, the feedback from these people was that it was huge fun, value for money, and they are keen to come back & do a full trackday with us so that is great news going forward. The full day sprint competition was busy but the day flowed really well with only a couple of minor hiccups. There was a vast array of vehicles competing which made for very interesting viewing while standing in pitlane waiting for the next run in whatever group you happened to be in.

The upcoming Collie double header weekend is promising to be one of our biggest events on record. Huge value for money considering you get 2 x days of track action plus a weekend away camping enjoying the festivities. The short track is alot of fun to drive, we attack that on Saturday afternoon switching to the long track on Sunday. Don't miss out on this one.

The calendar is slowly coming together for 2027, hopefully we will have something to publish next month so you can get your calendars filled in & blocked out early.
