2026 - July - Motorsport

Hi All

The year is flying past and the motorsport calendar is about to kick back into gear after the winter hiatus. In a few short weeks we have our first Jack's Hill in several years. This event is a great day out, its a low key event, fun with a little bit of driving challenge involved. Its perfectly suited to members that want a taste of what the club competition is all about without being a serious track event.

Everything is run the same as a high speed event its just that the track is much lower speed. It still challenges the driver to be as fast as possible while obviously still controlling the vehicle. Traction, acceleration, braking and turning all come into play but at a much lower threshold. Its also a great value day out with plenty of track time and good chat amongst the pits when waiting for your next run.

Next month sees our final Wanneroo Raceway track event for the year, besides the ride day of course, this is your final chance to get on the wide open spaces of Wanneroo and let the accelerator touch the floor for a change without the chance of a speeding ticket turning up in the post. We are going to advertise this event to the general public for the first time in a bid to get more attendance and hopefully generate some interest in the wider motoring community about our events.

We hope to get interest from all different makes and models with maybe the possibility of generating a batlle of the badges, Holden v the rest. What do you think, let us know your feedback.
