Well another club AGM has rolled around, thanks to all members who volunteered to help run the club over the past 12 months, its been a pleasure working with you. Everyone has done their very best to put you the members first in their thinking about what the club should do in its day to day operations.

I have been a member for 35 years and been on or around the committee for most of that time. We have had our ups and downs over the journey but for the most part, it has been a great club to run and be a part of. If you want to get the most out of your club membership, i would highly recommend putting your hand up at the AGM and helping the new committee in any way you can.

Everyone has life experience that can be very valuable to share and it makes everyone's experience being part of the HSV Club that much more enjoyable. The more the merrier as they say.

This club has been built on its Motorsport activities and that will hopefully continue although we face continued pressure from a cost perspective as well as venue availability. If there are any suggestions in regard to our events, make sure you make them known or better still, help us put them into practice.
